All In...All The Time!!

So while I was busy blogging, my boys (all 3 of them) were playing quietly together in the family room. As I came out of the den to get something to drink, this is what I found...

...Ryan teaching the boys to play Texas Hold'em!! Lovely!
So what is your husband teaching your kids when you're not around?!?!

Mine is teaching funny sounding bodily functions...like the star spangled banner via the armpit...These are all life lessons just like tieing shoes or saying please and thank you...right?

Ok Im a daddy so I can speak to this. Thats FREAKIN AWESOME!! I mean its just a game and they arent betting money or anything, but what is so impressive is the time he spends with the boys. Getting down on their level and relating to them in that way as well as teaching them the things they can enjoy that are more part of our world (grown ups). Most kids can only pray to have a dad like that to spend so much quality time with them. So BIG TIME props to your Ryan. I am the same way with my kids. My wife doesnt always appreciate the things I do with them, like laughing about farting and such, but we have a blast together.

And as for the comments from Tarah and Mimi, well Carey gets punched in the butt all the time by my son. However I can honestly say that I could not even arm fart the national anthem. THat is talent. She should post a video. LOL

Stacey, thank you so much for your kind words and prayers. They mean more than you will ever know. Im glad you were able to figure out the foces and aperature thing. I hope that it helps.

Love and Prayers,

Tim
