Are YOU a mom? Are YOU missing from the pictures? Most moms I know are, but here is a fun meme that brings us moms out from behind the camera and puts US in the spotlight! Carin over at Forever in Blue Jeans is the hostess of this year long picture project; and just think, after a year, you will have at least 52 pictures with you in them! It can be scary, but com'on, give it a try! It's easy, all you have to do is hand over the camera and smile (or not, it is completely up to you!!). And the best part is, you can jump in and start whenever; for me this will be my 32nd week!
This is a follow up post to yesterday's Wordless Wednesday...did you guess...BRENDAN?!?! If you did...you guessed right! Last Sunday after church we headed to Kohl's so Brendan could get new shoes! The last few times the boys have needed new shoes, Kohl's is where we head because of the good deals! They send out scratch and save coupons...so I got these bad boys...not only on sale, but also at 15% off!! Gotta love a good deal! And I am kinda sad...cuz do you know what size I had to buy my oldest?!
DO YOU?????
SIZE Y7
...DO YOU KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS???? THAT MEANS THE NEXT TIME HE NEEDS SHOES, WE HAVE TO SHOP NOT IN THE BOYS SECTION BUT IN THE MENS SECTION....AAAHHHHHH!!!!!
Please notice in the picture that he is wearing one shoe and I am wearing the other shoe....my 9 year old is wearing shoes that fit me...that is so wrong!!!
Now it's your turn to join the fun...hand the camera over, say cheese, and smile!

LOL!!
I know what you mean, Stacy! My oldest sons foot is bigger than my husbands! He's 13 and wears an 11.5!!
Holy HUGE feet BATMAN. My goodness. That means more money too. Tell him to stop growing. I guessed right. Yay me. LOL
It happens fast doesn't it? Once thier feet were to small for shoes, and now they can wear your size, and pretty soon...dads! Yikes!
Oh My I know how it feels! My son was wearing a size 10 in fifth grade. But his foot has not grown hardly at all since then. Thank God!! I am glad that he has grown in height since then though. He has finally grown into those big feet of his. He only wears a 10 1/2 now. It is sad when our babies begin to fit into then outgrow our things. :)
Wow - my kids' feet will be bigger than mine soon. It's a strange feeling when they're no longer in the toddler/kid section. Cute pic!
That is crazy! You better start saving now for the next pair! LOL :)
BTW...Love the picture, really cute!
Oh Stacey, I am right there with ya. Tonight after football my 8 year old orderd a footlong sandwich. These boys are just growing so fast. What will we do when they get taller than us????
Cute pic!!
I remember when we made the jump from kids clothes to teens.. oh my!!!
They grow up so fast!
Oh yes, Cameron (age 12) passed me up a couple of years ago. Riley (age 9) is already wearing the same size as me. HOW SAD?!
Great shot of y'all!!! Way to go on those new shoes Brendan.
Its crazy how they grow too fast! Love your blog!
This just makes me cringe a bit. I know one day all 3 of my boys will be bigger and taller than me. Oh me oh my... adult shoes!?!
Cute picture- love your smile!
What a cute pic! I thought those were his shoes. But that is too weird that you can fit in his shoes. These kids are growing up too fast...way too fast!
How cool the shoes are just in case you ever want to wear them.
Too funny. My 12 year old niece wears a bigger size than I do. I can't believe it.
