Project 365

Project 365 button designed by http://richgift.blogspot.com

A Picture a day for 365 days...a year's worth of fun!
I hope you have as much fun seeing a peek into my week as I am posting about it!

Sunday~268/365

Sunday afternoon found us at a fellow coach's house to celebrate his beautiful little girl's 2nd birthday. A fun 2 hours spent with other coach's and their families while munching on yummy cupcakes...can't get much better than that!

Monday~269/365

2 boys + 2 new pair of shoes in MEN'S sizes = expensive

*sigh*

Tuesday~270/365

Tuesday afternoon was the start of parent/teacher conferences for me. This is the table I set up outside my door for waiting families.

Wednesday~271/365

Another LONG day spent at school. Ironically this was the time that I got to school in the morning and left school that night.

Thursday~272/365

Our weather has finally began to cool off...cool enough for Colin Boy to sport jeans and a hoody to school for the first time since last February!

Friday~273/365

Friday night was game night (so sorry about the lack of Football Frenzy last week...CRAZY busy week with P/T conferences. There will be 2 this week, I promise!). This was our last away game, although we have 2 home games left in our season. This play shows Ryan's defense breaking up a pass play...almost intercepting it! They played an awesome game!

Saturday~274/365

Saturday was the last game for the boys on our home turf. This was their bowl game. It was a great game and hard fought. Both boys played awesome and all players and cheerleaders received these medals at the end of the game.

This is what Sara says on her blog about Project 365...
"I am attempting to take one photograph each day of this next year. My hope is to be able to slow down and see the small things, become a better photographer and to be reminded of the many blessings God sends my way! "

Well said Sara...thanks for letting me tag along!
Join in with Sara...It's not to late to join the fun!

Busy week! I'll bet parents AND teachers dread P/T conferences - unless they both agree that the kid is either great or a problem. It's the times when the teacher & parent don't see eye to eye that's probably the most stressful.

So glad that you got your post up. It was beautiful here today...no coat needed. Woo hoo. I am glad it is cooling off just a bit for you all. Love the boys new shoes. Very cool, but yes...very expensive.
7:21 to 7:21 yikes. Girl that is sounding like Agents hours there. Hope this week is easier on you.

Wow, the boys feet have already grown enough to need new shoes since the start of school?

I hope P/T conferences went well, I know those are stressful for you. And yikes- a 12 hour day! I can't even begin to imagine your exhaustion. I worked 4 days last week and intended to take tomorrow off until Jakob's teacher requested me to sub in her room. Can't turn down that job!

I love seeing your pictures! We have our parent teacher conferences next week!! This will be my first, ever! I'm so excited! I can imagine all the planning that goes on on your end! And it's so weird seeing your son in jeans! I'm so used to seeing them in shorts!!

It's getting chilly here, too. I put on sweats for the first time this morning.

Love the pictures of your busy week!

When we moved from TN to KY last year, my boys who I had to beg to wear blue jeans in December looked at me in October, pleading to turn their shorts in the pants! What a huge culture change!!!

I have one son left in little guy shoes! So sad! The 4th one moved up this school year - and the cost increased, too! Sigh!

I love connecting with my son's teachers - though some of my sons leave me feeling rather sheepish and some just rather glowing and relieved!

Yes - I hope your week is more relaxing and full of sports wins!

Oh, how I dread the men's-shoe-size predicament around here!! (THREE BOYS!! Yikes!)

Man, you sound like I used to be as a teacher. I stayed late like that all the time. My poor husband. He was forever calling me to see if I would come home. LOL!

Gotta love hoodie weather.
