So...today we had the day off of school in honor of MKL Day. We woke up this morning wanting to do some family fun, but everyone wanted to do something different. So we decided to each write down 2 things that we wanted to do and put them into a hat and draw...and what ever we picked we did! So that's what we did and here is the process...
Ryan writing his choicesColin writing his choices
Mommy & my choicesBrendan & his choices
All the choices went into the Michigan football helmet
And Daddy picked
And the winner was Movie Day!
Since going to the movies is so expensive, Colin & I headed to the 99cent video store to pick some up.

That's one thing we don't get to do much is watch movies since the kids are so young. Something to look forward to :)

How wonderful!
We stayed into today as well.
We had brunch as a family and played games and watched old cartoons.
Oh what a great day! I love the idea of letting everybody have an input into the day. What fun!
So creative--I usually ask everyone and they all say, "Can't we just stay home!" At least I have Maggie and she cant talk yet. She HAS to shop with me:) Sounds like a fun day, my boys loved that movie
