Last night we spent the evening with another coach and his family, and although we only grilled out and watched football, we had lots of fun! The kids made it to the New York ball dropping, but hit the hay before it actually turned midnight here! Oh well!Today we spent most of the morning undecorating the inside and outside of the house. I love having all of the decor up, but I am so glad to have my house back!!
After having pizza and watching some football, the boys asked if they could go swimming. Unfortunately our pool is not heated, but Grandma & Grandpa live in an active adult community and their family pool is heated; and since it was 70 outside today, we called Grandma and asked if they could go swimming and of course she said yes...so they did...and had so much fun!

70 degree weather!?! Oh, that is just not fair at all. I have the best idea for the New Year!! How about if you and I switch homes for a couple weeks and you come and live here in Ohio and I come and live in your home, in the 70 degree weather, enjoying that pool and that sunshine!! Sounds like a great deal - dontchya think?

We put all our christmas stuff away yesterday. SO happy , like you said, to have the house back. Now I need to get ready for Monkey's birthday!

Fun Fun and more Fun! How neat to go swimming in January. Oh my...my kids would be so jealous! Great shots too! We stayed in and cleaned & organized all day & we are still not even close to being done. Ugh! Calgon take me away!
The swimming looks like so much fun! I am with everyone else, I'd love to have 70 degree weather. BUT, what I would really enjoy is some sunshine. It has been nothing but rain, rain, and more rain here! Great photos!
