ryc: yes, I am very fortunate to be in a school district that actually has money to spend. They used Title 1 money to fund the 2 weeks of Vegas conferences (they sent 12 Kinder tchrs and lit coach to the I Teach K conference there the week before we got to go to the DI one.) They buy us most everything that ever comes out for our classrooms....we actually probably have "too much" stuff to use. The down side of that is that we change "programs" so much. One year they had us change spelling programs 3 times. Those poor kids were so confused. But they mean well I guess and we do get to go to some cool conferences.

It kinda cracks me up that both boys have their hands behind their back in the same way in the duck pond picture. They are truly brothers!
