As I was driving home yesterday, the kids noticed this absolutely beautiful rainbow, this picture really does not give it justice, and it made me think of God's promise of a new day. A promise that only HE can offer as long as we have faith. We, as a family, are going through a lot...Colin and his diagnosis...our school district and the override that we are trying to have passed (and if it doesn't pass...that will mean really, really bad things for teachers and students) and our fiances. All of the negativity can get a person, ME, feeling low and blue...but then I see this and I remember God's promise and I will choose to give it all to HIM...because that is what He wants.
Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you.

It seems like God put that rainbow there for just YOU to see. It is good to be reminded when times are tough that there is ONE in control. He plans our future and He plans it in love.
