Michigan Vacation~ Part 2...Fun with Friends

I am finally getting around to finishing posting about our Michigan vacation! I know...I'm sorry...I'm on it!

We left Gramma & Papa's lake house on Monday morning and headed southeast to our besties house...
He & Me + 3!!
We did so much fun stuff....
and this is what we did...

We got our craft on!

We baked and decorated brownies..yummy!

We visited long lost friends and played in their blow up water slide and ate a really yummy dinner!

On off minutes the kids found this super funny computer game called Potty Races! To hear their laughter was magical!

Free bowling on a rainy afternoon is always a must! They all did great and had tons of fun & laughs...and a few of them even got strikes!

The boys and I met up with cousins at Culver's which is always a fun and yummy time!

Friday took us to a small water park in Metro Park. The day was kinda overcast which was perfect and not very crowded. The kids had lots of fun sliding down the slides, lazing around the lazy river, swimming in the pool and playing in the water fun house!

And what is summer vacation without a little one on one and swimming?!

One night I was able to make an appointment at the spa! Lucky me! Don't be jealous!

Friday night s'mores....what could be yummier?!

Late night card games after the kids were in bed....Golf is a great card game to play.

Saturday afternoon led us to the ball park to watch the Oakland Cruisers beat the Miners. So much fun...the kids were able to meet some of the players, get autographs and run the bases.
Colin even got to be bat boy...which is right up his alley!

Sunday morning I was able to meet up with my high school best friend who I haven't seen in years. It was fun to catch up!

Monday morning we were able to visit Ryan's 100 year old grandmother. It was nice to see her as we haven't seen her in almost 7 years.

Monday night we visited friends for dinner. The boys had fun playing with Jake before his baseball game.

And then we sadly had to say good bye to our besties...we will miss you and can't wait to come back next summer!
